Contributed to a live project aimed at building a digital policy portal for Tata Steel Non-Officers (NOPR), simplifying over a dozen policies for better accessibility and clarity. Went beyond the backend, and designed the entire launch plan and promotional campaign in collaboration with the HRM Strategy team, bringing ideas to life, designed through Canva.
