At Grexa AI, I support the end-to-end People & Culture function within a growing AI startup, managing both operational HR processes and employee experience initiatives. Key responsibilities: • Onboarding & Induction – Coordinating joining formalities, documentation, and structured induction schedules for new hires (interns and full-time employees) • Agreements & Contracts – Drafting and managing intern, full-time employment agreements, and experience letters • Exit Management – Supporting exit process drafting, exit documentation, and offboarding coordination • HR Operations – Maintaining and updating employee records on Keka HRMS, managing Sodexo Pluxee card updates, and ensuring compliance with HR documentation standards • Employee Engagement – Planning and executing engagement initiatives and internal surveys to gauge employee sentiment and drive a positive workplace culture • Process Planning – Contributing to the structuring and improvement of HR workflows and people processes to support the organisation's growth • Analytics & Insights – Analysing survey data and HR metrics to generate actionable insights for the People & Culture team Working across the full employee lifecycle - from Day 0 to exit - has given me a comprehensive understanding of how HR operations function in a fast-scaling tech environment.

As an HR Intern at The Souled Store, my role primarily focuses on hiring retail staff across India, ensuring the right talent joins our growing team. I assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to streamline the recruitment process. Additionally, I contribute to onboarding and induction, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Beyond recruitment, I support employee engagement initiatives, HR operations, and learning & development. This includes maintaining employee records, assisting with HR policies, and organizing training sessions. Being part of The Souled Store allows me to gain hands-on experience in HR while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
