* Responsibilities/Task as DB programmer. * Used MS SQL Server 2005/2008 and MS Access for writing queries(SQL) and producing mailing packs/counts to meet client requirements * Involved in data management, cleansing and manipulation using SQL server databases, MS Access , MS Excel -applications * Responsible for data load processes to meet client requirements; and ensure that the database is accurate and up-to-date * Extract data based on client requirements to produce reports * Worked with different team sizes from a team of two members to six to nine members * Supported major clients such as General Motors Germany, Carbon Trust,Dell by analysing incoming support issues and delegating cases to team members based on priority, workload and team members strengths * Liaised with internal Account Managers to provide functional and technical solutions Ensure database programmers are trained in processes and procedures to fulfil campaign activity, and client deliverables are met, correct and on time. * Provide technical direction and training to other database programmers in the team.
