- Manage day to day business operations with the Customer. Acts as a liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, deliveries and billing inquiries. Using performance metrics, driving continuous improvement within the operation in the areas of Customer satisfaction, profitability, and risk mitigation. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with the customer in line with requirements identified by the account team. Program Execution targeted to P&L, Accounts Receivables, OTD, Quality, E&O. - Overall business management to increase revenue, profitability, cash flow, and inventory turns, and to minimize risks: Ensure collaborative cross-functional customer focus team participation to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of a project or subproject to ensure work efforts are executed on time, within budget, and according to stated requirements reliably and

-Customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility. -Customer coordination and communication, linking all departments to the needs of the customer, supporting the business relationship between customer and the manufacturing facility, ensuring that Customer expectations are met and/or exceeded. -Administration of the operation and the business related to one or more projects in order to develop long term business relationships -Forecast analysis and upload to system, commitments and shipments, Participation and elaboration of revenue and sales commitments, Manage RFQ (request from quotes) from customers and response to sales and/or customer. A/R (account receivable) verification and credit /debit note issues. Manage for excess & obsolete material claims.

Customer communication, internal reports, managing metrics, RMA’s, AR, OTD, CTB analysis, (KBI, SCORECARD, DEMAND WATERFALLS), managing shipping process, AR, E&O, RMA controls.
