Currently, I am truly enjoying honing my skills as a professional "retired person." I spend my days playing golf, swimming, attempting Zumba, maintaining a yoga practice, learning to meditate, taking ballet classes and enjoying some of the offerings at the Life Long Learning College. I do use my previous experience as a psychologist at an assisted living facility where I offer supportive services to the residents. Additionally, my recent training in Reiki has prove to be of great value to the residents.
