• Be responsible to develop, facilitate and manage job board and headhunters of Japan. • Representing company brand and being the contact and interviewer of all candidates (including internal and external posting, referral activities, direct sourcing through Japan job board). • Shortlisting and recommending candidates for next interview with relevant Japan BU managers. • Data base management (Recruitment budget, candidates’ information, headhunters’ recommendation status.) • Report recruitment status to BU managers weekly. • Provide the suggestion for BU managers once they have any questions in talent recruiting filed.

• Recruitment job (Manage social recruitment and campus recruitment. Develop recruitment channel. Cooperate with China and Japanese headhunters). • Training management (New staff training and annual training program’s planning and implementation. • Performance management and payroll(Including social insurance and house fund and individual income tax, etc.). • Labor contract management.
