Responsible for the design and production of magazine articles, advertisements, corporate identities, brochures, and display panels/banners for clients such as Carlson Wagonlit Travel and McDonald’s.

Working as part of a team, conducted environmental investigations and reported on findings. In the field, supervised drilling operations, sampled soil and groundwater, and monitored site conditions.

* Provided graphic design and digital illustration services to BCIT instructors, departments, and institute projects. This work included: * Designing print materials such as posters, pamphlets, banners, and signage * Interface design, supporting graphics, animations, style guides, and packaging for multimedia projects * Meeting with clients to determine their requirements, presenting concepts/rationale, estimating turnaround time, and ensuring project completion * Producing and editing graphics, technical illustrations, and animations for print and web

* Provided graphic design and illustration for WorkSafeBC’s various publications, campaigns, * and conferences/events. This work included: * Designing and creating layouts for a large variety of print materials, including annual reports, magazines, posters, pamphlets, newsletters, postcards, signs, advertisements, and banners * and tradeshow backdrop * Project management activities: * Meeting with clients to assess their needs, determining the best approach to the design * Presenting concepts/rationale * Estimating time requirements * Coordinating of printing and/or finishing (including requesting quotes from vendors, preparing * and sending files to print, and inspecting proofs) * Ensuring the quality of the final product * Promoting and employing newly established brand guidelines, educating staff, and creating templates * Producing and editing photos and illustrations
