We are a Home Care agency providing non medical services throughout the Dallas/Ft.Worth metro.

Innovative photography studio, primarily specializing in Wedding photography and event planning. We also do, on location shoots for professional and senior portraits. Specializing in custom invitations, flyers, and brochures. We can also restore old photographs, as well custom editing and special effects for portraits we take.

We install both commercial and residental satellite television and internet services.

I was assistant property manager. Our property consistently remained above 98% occupied. I have experience in leasing with extensive knowledge of the Oklahoma Landlord and Tenant Act. I was over scheduling for vendors and completing make readys for timely move-ins. I have also dealt with State housing assistance programs. I have experience with Tenant Pro, Yardly, and Matrix software, as well as Microsoft Office products.

I was assistant property manager. I prepared leases and moved new residents onto the property. I also scheduled make readys with vendors and our onsite maintanance crew. I also did final walk throughs with move outs and final billing with residents. I was in charge of entering all rent monies, and balancing all bank deposits, both operating and escrow accounts. As well as inventory of the maintanance shop for supplies and materials. Provided customer service, and problem solving for residents. Also utilized skills in Matrix's tenant program, as well as other microsoft office programs.
