1. Create integrated project plans; implement and monitor progress against project plans and revise as necessary. 2. Define critical path, at-risk activities, interdependencies, anticipate bottlenecks, and clear barriers to progress. 3. Recommend composition of cross-functional Core Team, including changes as project evolves; foster excellent cross-functional collaborative spirit and approach 4. Lead Core Team in: o Prioritizing activities and problem-solving to meet milestones and timelines o Strategic initiatives (e.g., plans and requirements to enter new geography, consideration of working with additional supplier) by collaborating with line organizations and communicating options and recommendation to relevant leadership o Ensuring all members and their organizations are aligned on project progress, key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies 5. Update timelines, resources, and budget as timelines and/or strategic priorities shift, and/or issues arise; communicate to all relevant stakeholders (including Senior Management) accordingly

1. Set up the BD & proposal team in Southern China. 2. Responsible for presentation, defending and negotiating on customer visits or project bidding sites. 3. Training and management of members in the department, and organizing personnel in various departments to support bidding. 4. Collecting industry policies, competitor information, etc., and analyzing market development trends, as well as providing reasonable suggestions. 5. Department cost budgeting and control, maintenance of key customer relationships, and quick start of projects.

1. Involve in the development and implementation of company's business development strategy; 2. Develop new clients and maintain relationship with existing customers, and expand business cooperation networks; 3. Draft the proposals, participate in project bidding, and follow up on the contract signing, as well as customer complaints;

1. Set up the biological screening team and oversee the projects' progress. 2. Participate the writing and reviewing of preclinial bilological part in IND submission package. 3. Involve into the evaluation of overseas clinical projects.
