* Responsibilities * · Daily Operation work schedule * · Monitor of progress of projects assigned * · Manpower deployment * · Achieve specific objectives set by the management * · Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures, standards and requirements at projects sites * · All works and materials are in accordance with to the schedule and compliance with the Contract work scope * · Comply with the company’s quality systems that embodies the principle of continual improve * · Risk Assessment Preparation, Implementation and Briefing. * · To Conduct Daily Toolbox Meeting and Site Safety Inspection. * · Project Safety Induction Training, Planning and Scheduling. * · Find and Rectify Unsafe Act of Workers and Unsafe condition on Site. * · Preparation Monthly Safety Committee Meeting with Main Con and Sub Con. * · To Develop and Maintain a Safe and Healthy working Environment. * · To Ensure all the Workers are Equipped with proper PPE on Site. * · To Maintain Safety Record on Site. * · To Assist in Safety Promotion for Workers. * · Responsible to do Approval of Permit to Work before Work were being Carried out.

* Responsibilities * · Construction project supervision and implementation of the project's quality control program. * · Supervision and control of the Quantity Survey Section. * · Review and qualify Bill of Quantities and Unit Pricing, * · Prepare monthly report, Supervise preparation of Construction Schedules, * · Working Drawings, and Material Submittals for approval and various pre-construction documents for submission and approval of the Project Consultants. * · Skills in coordination and handling pressures from co-workers, Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, daily check all site reports and co-ordinate with next day target work. * · Prepares time schedules, checking % of works and prepare the monthly bills report to the Project Manager and Close Supervision of site activities. * · Preparing Estimates and Quantity surveying.
