By implementing AI-driven automation across estimating, documentation, payroll, onboarding, and project controls, I streamline internal processes and position the company for scalable growth. These systems enable rapid mobilization, disciplined cost control, and consistent execution across multiple project types. Operationally, I ensure successful delivery of logistics coordination, debris removal, site cleanup, tenant build-outs, equipment installations, and ongoing maintenance programs. I maintain strict documentation standards, quality assurance procedures, and contract compliance protocols to protect performance ratings and secure timely payment.
