Design and delivery of corporate education, training, and development programs for the company’s workforce. Built 18 National Training Centers (NTCs) to provide technical and vocational training, which in turn serve various specializations in energy. Established a strategy to build 12 additional academies to train and prepare up to 360,000 students for the labour market to provide a qualified talent pool to supply the local value add (IKTVA) needs of Saudi Aramco, as well as the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 aspirations.

Strategic responsibility for Aramco downstream joint venture investments, project support, H.R., legal, engineering and supply chain management activities in Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the Middle East, excluding Saudi Arabia. This international excellence is built on a series of overseas assignments.

Appointed as maintenance manager for Ras Tanura refinery, responsible for all maintenance business in the refinery.

Manager of the inspection department responsible for all inspections of Aramco facilities, operations, in-and-out of kingdom vendor inspections, and quality management system in all Aramco facilities.

Responsible for all engineering matters on the refinery.

The consulting services department is responsible for all engineering standards and consultancy services in the company.

The inspection department is responsible for all Inspection processes in the company.
