* Project manager for implementing R&D crystal optics laboratory in a class 1000 clean room for a national laboratory accomplishing project goals on time and under budget. * Manage the smooth operation and safety procedure of the crystal optics laboratory. * Development of techniques to improve wet/dry etching of silicon. * Development of polishing techniques for large silicon crystals and Chemical Mechanical Polishing CMP and achieved Angstrom level roughness in larger scale crystals. * Characterization of silicon crystal properties such as surface profile and near surface lattice deformation using x-rays and optical metrology.

* Trained to fabricate silicon based x-ray optics at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility, Grenoble, France. * Commissioned a mK stable and uniform temperature stabilizing unit. * Conduct measurements in optical metrology, x-ray diffraction and x-ray topography for fabricated silicon optics characterization.

* Simulated of Microwave Coplanar Waveguides (CPW) – (using GENESYS) to optimize optical parameters and successive realization of some prototypes. * Collaboration work performed with ANL nano center for fabrication of CPWs on gallium arsenide and silicon wafers. * Designed and built the test stage with motor control for testing of CPWs. * Characterized CPWs using a Vector Network Analyzer

* Measured and simulated electronic excitations on organic semiconductors, phonon spectrum of organic superconductor. * PI of a electronic excitation simulation project and received about 80000 of node hours form a supercomputer cluster at ANL. * Built energy resolved analyzers using silicon and germanium for inelastic x–ray scattering spectrometers.

* Led shift floor QA supervisor – handle about 80 employee and about 10-20 operations. * Implemented quality standards for corrugated boards and boxes. * Reduced waste and customer-returns * Trained machine operators to maintain the Statistical Process Control (SPC) * Inspected raw materials, data collection, analysis and problem solving.
