Global Talent Sourcing: Identified top-tier talent in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, AI-ML, Legal Team, and Computational Research. University Outreach: Contributed to advertising initiatives at Universities like Harvard, Stanford, and other leading universities in the USA, and the UK to attract talent. Operations: Managed over 1500+ Headhunter applications and on campus applications. Regularly updated and managed the database of applicants on the applicant tracking system (ATS) and the applicant pipeline. Also, handled the regular update of research papers and briefs on the internal portal. Machine Learning Project: Aided the Machine Learning Team in New York by adding over 750+ datasets and conducted data cleansing. Resume Reviews and Screening: Actively screened over 2000+ applicants and aided in the resume review of over 1000+ applicants. Cross-Regional Liaison: Actively involved in the communication process with teams in Hyderabad and New York.

Authored and Co-authored over a dozen policy briefs and articles on International and strategic affairs for leading newspapers and media outlets while representing the think tank. Actively participated in bi-monthly round table discussions on strategic affairs and complied minutes of the meeting and a summary for each event.

Worked as a research intern on the lead poisoning project.

Promoted to the Research Associate role after my tenure as an intern. Worked in the governance and economy vertical and contributed to the research.

Authored a report on Uttar Pradesh’s economy titled ‘BIMARU to India’s Economic Engine’ published officially by the think tank.

Served as Project Director and Convenor for Niti Dialogue'23- An Interdisciplinary Policy Webinar - First of its kind International Policy Conference in St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata with 6 distinguished resource persons from 4 different countries representing the environmental, public, healthcare, scientific, corporate, and academic policy spectrums.
