Control of Inventory and storekeeping.  Supplier deliveries management.  Collect required supplier delivery information.  People supervision & oversee regular stock cycle counts.  Update the inventory management systems and proactively escalate system update issues.  Ensure raw material metrology checks are conducted where applicable.  Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards.  Support continual business improvement and change management.  Comply with governance and established policies, systems, procedures and practices.

-Storekeeping of raw materials. -Warehouse stores orderly housekeeping standards. -Conduct regular raw material cycle counts. -Issue and Receive Raw Materials against pick list relating to customer orders (local and international). -Drive continuous improvement through streamlining and optimising relevant operational practices, processes and systems. -Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary,. -Assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment. -Ensure SAP inventory data reconciles with the levels on a daily basis. -Update the inventory management systems and proactively escalate system update issues. -Ensure raw material metrology checks are conducted where applicable. -Compile supplier quality performance. -Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards. -Support continual business improvement and change management.

* Ordering, Receiving and Storage of inventory for production floor. * Dispatching and issuing of finished goods to the customers. * SAP-Booking and Transfer of Production. * Responsible for checking and keeping records of stock levels. * Ensuring that actual and System stock is aligned. * Working closely with Suppliers (Stores) to ensure a consistent flow of materials availability information * Conduct stock takings and cycle counts * Investigate and report cycle count variances and areas of concern * Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete/redundant raw materials by returning to Suppliers (Stores) * Ensure raw materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
