Participated in researching and drafting of EU-sponsored projects across the European Union and its neighboring countries. The job required me to establish foundational ground for Cigli Municipality to grow its network and experience in EU projects. I have worked closely with Turkish locale to acquire information about their strengths and weaknesses in order to best-fit Cigli Municipality into EU's overarching goal within its borders.

I have led a group of volunteers in sales for a non-profit student-run organization AIESEC Seattle local committee. My main tasks included selling AIESEC internship to local companies and managing/training group of volunteered sales men and women in CRM, cold calls, business writings, sales tracking, weekly meetings, and innovative approaches to sales tactics.
