With over 14 years of experience in manufacturing operations and drilling fluids, I currently serve as Operations Manager at Earth Reservoir For Oil and Gas Ltd (EROG). Responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, supply chain, quality, safety, and client deliveries. Ensures operational excellence through process optimization, lean principles, automation, and adherence to regulatory standards. Manages teams, resources, and budgets to achieve productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Lead installation, commissioning, and startup of pulverizing mills, crushers, blenders, and related plant equipment. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime. Monitor plant equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives for reliability and efficiency. Full ownership of plant operations, including pulverizing mills, crushers, and blenders for drilling and exploration materials. Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and consistent product quality for Saudi Aramco and other clients. Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize throughput, reduce downtime, and maximize resource utilization. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations. Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency. Implement process automation and AI-based tools for production monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational decision-making. Optimize plant processes, workflows, and material handling systems to improve safety, output, and quality. Oversee inventory management, procurement, and raw material handling for uninterrupted production. Ensure efficient dispatch and logistics to clients, adhering to delivery schedules and contractual obligations. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transporters to streamline the supply chain. Prepare, monitor, and manage plant budgets, operational expenditures, and capital investments. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, quality, or production efficiency. Implement energy efficiency and resource optimization measures. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and Saudi Aramco quality requirements. Conduct internal audits as ISO Lead Auditor to maintain certification standards. Promote Kaizen and continuous improvement culture across the plant. Implement HSE best practices, including risk assessments, safety drills, and accident prevention programs.
