Analyzed Mastercard Inclusive Growth Score and other publicly available datasets to identify key factors affecting community development. Developed data-driven strategies to improve the Inclusive Growth Score for strategic locations with a score of 45 or less. Applied data analysis and predictive modeling techniques to address economic disparities in targeted communities. Utilized advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to derive actionable insights and recommendations for community development that were later presented through my team and I's final presentation.

Investigated and evaluated several software tools that can aid in project management, contract visualization, and digital enablement. Developed a mockup to demonstrate contract forecasting capabilities and predict future costs based on integrated data. Analyzed metrics to identify trends, predict potential delays, and suggest improvements. Created detailed reports and dashboards that communicate the status of projects to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights. Applied the Agile methodology to streamline project development, facilitate iterative improvements, receive stakeholder feedback, and practice adaptive planning. Utilized Jira to document and track sprint progress, enhancing visibility and reporting of project milestones and team performance.

Programmed my own analysis through a research project focusing on the Black Maternal Mortality Rate through the computational module. This module consisted of coding using the R programming language to create graphical statistical evidence to show the leading factors of causes of death for Black Women. I had the chance to present my findings to my peers, educators, and family.
