After wiring for 6 month got promoted to be a roof lead and my duty was as follow; hooking the safety anchors, making sure the crew members knows the safety protocols of the company and the nearest urgent care, laying out the drawings and eventually redesign the plan, managing the duties between the crew members, hooking the studs, laying the rails, installing the optimizers, wire management, electrical diagram mapping, laying PV panels, etc.., The last person who climb the ladder down and made sure all photos being taken and the system runs perfectly.
