In my capacity as the Director/Entrepreneur Dairy Farmer/Managing Partner, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the farm, including leading staff to achieve established goals and operational efficiencies. Some of my achievements include growing the farm animals from 2-25, opened and set-up structures for a milk bar, and coordinated the marketing, HR, and Accounts functions, supervising a staff of 40 members pertinent to achieving company objectives, planning and executing work plans based on budgets. Furthermore, I succeeded in increasing milk production from 20-200 liters, generating more income for the farm to support its daily activities. On a daily basis, I fostered a positive, professional working environment and leverage industry best practices to attain and sustain business continuity.

My primary role as a Consultant-Technical Advisor, I provide assistance across all WOFAK programs on a national scale, including PMTCT, OVC, PHDP, VAW, and HBC. My duties and responsibilities were but not limited to delivering technical guidance in organizational strengthening on WOFAK’s core areas of work while exploring linkage with emerging areas, such as PHDP, VAW, MMR, MARPS, PMTCT prong 2, SRH/HIV linkage, and Community Systems Strengthening. Represented WOFAK in the National PMTCT and Gender Technical Working Groups, led and supported program implementation. I developed WOFAK research areas' potential to strengthen the community component, particularly the human rights, gender, and MARPs component of the Kenya National Strategic Plan 10/2009 – 13/2012.

To facilitate the Kenya Forum for the review of The Eastern and Southern Africa (ESA) Commitment signed by 20 countries in the ESA region in 2013 was my main duty. I assisted in pledging the countries’ commitment to scaling up comprehensive sexuality education and sexual reproductive health services for adolescents and young people in the region—this was a process aimed at reviewing implementation progress made in 12 countries in the ESA region.

Having served as the Chief Executive Officer/CEO, I oversaw and managed the development and implementation of business objectives to provide services to diverse clients. I developed creative and innovative solutions to business challenges and managed change in work environments. Lastly, I ensured full comprehension of the organization’s plans while elucidating company visions and objectives explicitly.
