1. Purchase the needed supplies for the manufacturing plants 2. Issue purchase orders and execute the purchasing process according to the approved PRs 3. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed 4. Review suppliers quotations to ensure accuracy and appropriateness and resolve any related issues 5. Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specification, and source out potential new suppliers 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services 7. Handle correspondence cencerning delivery dates, delivery shortage, changes in quality, and prices, and report such changes to the concerned parties in a timely manner 8. Coordinates with all the internal functions within various departments to ensure the completion of processes 9. Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria 10. Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records 11. Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards 12. Build and maintain the suppliers' data base
