I assisted customers in finding specific brands or types of clothing in the store. In addition, I folded and hung clothes and placed them in their respective places. I also frequently worked the cash register and was responsible for counting money at the end of the day. I often closed the store and had to lock all the doors and made sure everything was organized for the next day.

As this was my first job, it greatly helped developed key skills that applied to my future positions. I was responsible for the organization of CDs and books. Additionally, I helped customers find the books they were looking for. Daily, I collected and bundled books that were sent to other libraries.
