My total experience is 9years in the Plastic injection moulding industries .My Past company is Motherson Automotive Technologies and Engineering(MATE) sanand GIDC Ahamdabad Gujarat There I worked as an operator, mold changer, and supervisor worked 7years. Currently I am working at Radiant Innovative Manufacturing Ltd.Vani Viramgam highway Ahamdabad Gujarat since 2years as a Production engineer working herejob description -1-mold startup and shutdown process to be followed according to WIP2-Colours change process,mold loading/unloading process to be follow.3-New operator training according to 5's with product related defects,DPR and fillup OJT sheet .4-Manpower releaving plan for breakfast/Lunchor Dinner.5-50 manpower handling in production molding.6-Daily attend morning meeting & redbin meeting for root cause analysis (5w2h),7QC tools&tequnnics7-setting process parameters.8-Reduce cycle time for improvement production9-Rejection % reduces.10-OEE achieved as per standard 11-Raw material tracking on daily basis 12-Machine knowledge -Haitian(100T-1850T),Angel(250T-1100T),LK(1000T-1600T),Ferromatic(100T-350T),Toshiba(80T-150T),Bole 650T,Fanuc 220T,Nigata 280T,Yizumi 180T-300T,Nanrong,JSW ,etc.13-weekly training to operators.14-Before and after moulding data analysis for improvement.15-Monthly tracking number of mould change.16-Daily training provide to operator for Product check point.17-Manpower utalization.18-Daily to daily achieve target reduce rejection and immediate attend for problem solving .19-mold observation for increasing productivity without Quality issue.OEE maintain20-On job training provide to operator and record sheet attached in file.
