This includes structure, MEP installation, internal finishing, façade, boundary wall, and precast panel.

A residential Tower building consisting of 4B+G+HC+40 floors +Roof. Total of 70000 m2 and AED 256 million value. 468 flats and 4 pent houses.

Total of 70000 m2 and AED 256 million value. 468 flats and 4 pent houses Dragon City Mixed-Use Complex Project - Dubai A mixed-use complex project consisting of 6 Floors podium (2 floors Mall and 4 parking levels,) and 2 residential towers 32 floors each. Floor area of each podium level ca. 13500 m2 and 1800 m2 each tower.

The Dubai Mall – Za’abil Expansion Project The project is an extension to the Dubai Mall consisting of 9 levels of car parking with ca. 3800 parking and 80 retail units, connected with the existing mall via a link bridge. Assigned to manage the overall BOH and parking floors finishing works. Marsa Al Seef Project - Dubai The project is spreading over 1.5 km of the Bur Dubai side of Dubai Creek and divided into 4 phases, each phase with different style, size and number of buildings. Reporting to the project director, I was assigned to manage the construction of phase 3. Phase 3 is consisting of 2X 30,000 m2 basement floors, 42 buildings (G+1) and a single story souk area. All of heritage style finishing scheme to match the surrounding ancient building. Major challenges are the complicated logistics and the short construction duration.

The project is an extension to the Dubai Mall consisting of 9 levels of car parking with ca. 3800 parking and 80 retail units, connected with the existing mall via a link bridge.

Sr. Project Manager Project: Celebration Hall Complex Project – Al Wakra Design and build of a huge celebration hall with capacity of 2500 guests dividable into 5 independent halls with its facilities of high end interior decorations and utilities. The project is consisting of a main building of approximate 20000 m2, a Service Block consisting of 3 separate buildings of total built up area of 1800 m2, external works with underground utilities network covering an area of 80,000 m2, parking for 1200 cars and a decorative fence of 1200 m length with 4 entrance buildings.

Design and build of a huge celebration hall with capacity of 2500 guests dividable into 5 independent halls with its facilities of high end interior decorations and utilities.

Ain Al Fayda Project - Al Ain Design & Build of a Development of 2000 Villa complex on a plot of 4.2 km2 with all related infra structure facilities. Nation Towers Project – Abu Dhabi Project consisting of 2 towers of 50 & 65 floors above a podium of 2 basement, 2 mezzanine and 3 floors over a footprint of 38000 m2,
