As a Technical Manager in irrigation and agriculture oversee technical operations, ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of systems and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations on the fields, construction, commissioning, lifting operations. - installation of pumps, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), diesel engines, and solar systems. - Oversee the construction and assembly of irrigation equipment, ensuring quality standards. - Lead the commissioning process, testing systems to ensure full operation before handover. - Provide technical training to staff, ensuring proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance. - Offer technical support to resolve issues and minimize downtime. - Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality. - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, implementing effective solutions promptly. - Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for repairs and maintenance. - Coordinate with suppliers for high-quality parts and timely delivery. - Implement sustainable practices, particularly with solar systems, to enhance energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent leadership and team management abilities. - Knowledge of inventory management and procurement. - Experience in construction and commissioning of various equipment. - Enhanced irrigation system efficiency and sustainability through advanced technologies. - Led construction and commissioning of multiple irrigation projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

Maintenance, troubleshooting, support of Fracturing/Coiled tubing/Cementing operations included sensors, control units, pumps, Diesel engines, generators, acquisition devices. Took part in projects at the Tengiz/Karachaganak/Uzbekneftegaz oil and gas fields. Kazakhstan/Uzbekistan

Maintenance of Fracturing/Coiled Tubing/Cementing onshore/offshore equipment. Support Well Stimulation/Coiled tubing/Cementing at KPO/TCO project. Data acquisition, sensors technology, programming, maintenance of electronics, PM.

Mounting flowmeters, pressure transmitters, samplers, temperature sensors, level meters. Installing air tubing for instruments. Work with P&ID schematics, supervising for new employees.
