- Serve as the main point of contact for employees who resign or terminate their employment contracts. - Handle Employee inquiries, provide information about the offboarding process, and address any concerns or issues they raise. - Maintain and ensure completion of the clearance process, including the return of the bank's repertory. - Processes and review the End of Service final settlements, arrange payment with Payroll, and make sure it's paid according to MoHR time limit. - Responsibility for preparing and following all the procedures of the end-of-service employees, whether resigned, dismissed, or even those whose contracts have ended, to calculate their dues, prepare experience certificates, transfer their sponsorships, etc. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. - Processing payroll for offboarding employees.
