🔹 Operational Duties (Desalination Systems) • Operate and monitor desalination systems (RO – Reverse Osmosis / Distillation). • Monitor operating parameters (pressure, flow rate, temperature). • Adjust pumps and valves according to operational requirements. • Monitor tank levels and ensure continuous production. ________________________________________ 🔹 Water Quality Monitoring • Measure and analyze water quality indicators, including: - TDS - pH - DO (Dissolved Oxygen) - COD - Turbidity and conductivity • Ensure water compliance with approved health standards. • Collect water samples and prepare periodic quality reports. ________________________________________ 🔹 Chemical Handling • Operate chemical dosing systems (chlorine, antiscalant, acids). • Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals. • Store chemicals safely according to approved standards. ________________________________________ 🔹 Maintenance & Technical Support • Perform basic operational maintenance tasks. • Report malfunctions and assist in preventive maintenance. • Clean filters and membranes and monitor their performance efficiency. ________________________________________ 🔹 Core Responsibilities (Health, Safety & Environment – HSE) • Implement and monitor occupational health and safety policies and procedures on site. • Ensure compliance with Civil Defense regulations and approved safety standards. • Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards and prevent accidents. • Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Supervise fire protection systems (extinguishers, alarms, sprinklers). • Investigate incidents and injuries, identify root causes, and prepare reports. • Prepare and submit periodic safety reports to management. • Train employees on emergency response and evacuation procedures. • Respond promptly to emergencies (fires, injuries, chemical leaks). • Ensure safe storage and handling of hazardous and chemical materials.
