Nahom Yared

I currently work as an Equity Analyst at the KTH Finance Society, where I conduct fundamental and quantitative analysis on public companies across various sectors. In this role, I evaluate business models, financial performance, and market dynamics to develop well-supported investment insights. I collaborate with a team of analysts to produce research reports, valuation models, and presentations used in our internal investment discussions.

I previously worked as Head of Business Relations at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where I led and managed my team in establishing and maintaining employer partnerships for our career fair DagenI. I strategically made outreaches to companies and coordinated their participation to secure income and ensure diverse opportunities for students, aligning employer needs with our development goals.

I worked as a Pharmacy Worker, a pivotal role in the operational functions of a pharmacy, where I adeptly handled a spectrum of tasks ranging from cashiering and inventory management to providing exceptional customer service.

I was employed as a polling station attendant during the 2022 Swedish General Election, where I facilitated voter assistance and actively participated in the vote-counting procedures.

I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, an interdisciplinary program blending management and economics with math, physics and programming to prepare students for the business world's realities. My education equips me with quantitative skills for data analysis and decision-making, alongside critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
