APAC System Delivery Management - Work for improvement on commits based on revenue impact - Understand the urgency and nature of the business - Focal point between Order Management team, Project Management team and all the factories, supply planners and buyers to drive and meet the project delivery schedule. - Work closely with Order Management team and factories to resolve order related issues. - Understand shipment cut off date for each project and work with logistic team & OM for shipment arrangements. - Strong understanding of the business, support current quarter revenue goal and minimize delinquent backlog. - Responsible to provide summary view for balance to book and ship for current quarter by sub regions. - Provide risk assessment for each project and solutions to resolve the issues. - Improvement of daily routine process by using system integration method at Google Sheets and Tableau. - Weekly calls with Logistics and Forwarder to ensure orders shipped in timely manner - Weekly night calls with US factory to ensure production of released orders - Monitoring the bridging of orders logged into different systems - Strong understanding of the nature and culture of different regions
