Developed an application for credit-card authorization using J2EE on WebSphere. Used IBM MQ to interface with rules-engine on AS/400 and a web-service to get authorization from Citibank which was the card-provider. Maintained and enhanced the Corporate Accounts Payable system, which was a home-grown application, built using VB, ASP on IIS. Integrated Quill's AP system into this application after the acquisition, which resulted in $300,000+ NPV of realized savings. Built a process in RPG on the IBM's AS/400 platform to calculate allowances and rebates earned by meeting some purchase thresholds Wrote Java code to build a J2EE application used by the real-estate team to analyze potential sites to open new stores. Built web-service interfaces to get demographic and traffic data from an external data-provider.
