Main responsibilities: - Implementation and maintenance of the Bank's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF). - Adoption of the ERMF by the Bank's ten different principal risk types by developing specific risk type frameworks for these in. The risk types being: Credit, Market, Capital and Liquidity, Country, Operational, Reputational, Information and Cyber Security Management, Conduct, Financial Crime and Compliance. - Responsible for the external disclosures in respect the ERMF and Principal Risks and Uncertainties (i.e. Annual and Half Year Report, ICAAP, Group Resolution Planning, Debt Issuance, DJSI).

Leading development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management across the Group. In addition, I am acting as Data Protection Primary Contact for GDPR purposes. Owning the GDPR policy framework, as well as developing, rolling out and maintaining other Group Policies to address certain risk topics such as third party management.
