• Recruitment (operational process) and termination of employment according to the company's current regulations, procedures and the relevant legislation rules • Support for blue collar personnel selection and placement processes • Creating and updating employee's personnel files • Updating employee data, reporting upon request, preparation of statistical analysis and tables • Creating organizational structure on SAP, transfer of personnel, up-to-date norm staff and actual situations • Assessment and operational process of promotion/transfer of blue collar according to Collective Labor Agreement, monitoring technical training • Following legal legislations and reporting changes to administrators • Correspondence with official institutions (IŞKUR, SGK, Labor Courts,..) • Organization and participation of audits conducted by labor inspectors • Following disabled employees who are legally obliged to be employed
