• Develop, test, verify formulas & ingredients for commercializing new, or to improve existing products to achieve enhanced or new efficacy, improved sensory characteristic, and/or improved margins. • Implement strategy for reformulating existing products or developing new products in terms of nutritional, cost and sensory criteria • Establish raw materials and final product specifications • Support supply chain team in identifying raw material suppliers • Identify Food and Nutraceuticals ingredients and its applications in nutritional products. • Support Regulatory Requirement and FSSAI Product Approval. • Drive the process through the different development stages for new or existing products • Collaborate with manufacturing sites to execute plant trials, scale up and commercial production. • Product transfer from prototype to commercialization ,Interface and collaborate with others scientists in R&D; communities to leverage the best science and practices available for product development work, Implement and collaborate with other functions to accomplish assigned projects, Update product development status/issues. • Application Development and Technical Support for Parry Ingredients in Various Nutritional and Wellness product and Food & Beverage-Natural Beta-carotene, Lutein & Zeaxanthin, Lycopene, Phycocyanin (New Natural Blue Pigment), Astaxanthin, Green Tea, Chia Protein, Fenugreek Fiber, Saw Palmetto & Spirulina

 Setting up R&D and Food and Beverage application lab facility for microencapsulation of Caroteinoids & Fat soluble ingredients in powder, Emulsion and Beadlets product and their application in Food & Beverage as Colorants, Nutritional & Antioxidants.  Heading team of 12 members of Food Technologist, Chemist and Research Associates.  Development of Microencapsulated Technology for Nutrient like Beta carotene, Lycopene, Astaxanthin, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Apocarotene, DHA, Vit E, Vit K and Vit D3 in Powder, Emulsion and Beadlets forms.  Technical Support for Global Marketing Team.  Application Development for various Food & Beverage: Formulation and Development food & Beverage - ACE Drinks, Beverage Syrup, Fruit based Beverages, Vitamin Water, Sport Drinks, Beverage Powder, Functional Beverages, Mayonnaise, Margarine, Custard, Soups and other dairy and Food products, Operational Activity of All R&D and Pilot Scale Equipment and Instruments.  Quality Assurance & New Product Development at third party Manufacturer plant ( Tetra Pack Plant)  Monitoring of Quality of Dairy and Food Beverage (UHT Milk, Chocolate Milk, Flavored Milk, Fruit based milk, Fermented Milk & other long life products) to meet the customer satisfaction and legal Std (FSSAI),  Approval of Primary and Secondary Packaging Material, Label Design as FSSAI & other regulatory,  Production operation at third party manufactures. Hygiene at All the level of Production, and quality control activities,  Market Hygiene audit, production planning as per sales demand from the sales depot, Product development, dispatch approval, attending the market complaints. Participating in new products launching
