As a database team lead was involved in the analysis, design, development and successful deployment of Regional Information System (REGIS) for the Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) using Visual C++, Oracle 7.3 (Windows NT and Solaris) in a replicated client/server environment using Oracle7 Symmetric Replication. Used Oracle Symmetric Replication to replicate data in a distributed computing environment using deferred remote data access and deferred propagation of replicated data updates using asynchronous propagation.

Technologies: WebLogic 8.1, Web Services, JMS, EJB, Hibernate, XMLBeans, Oracle 10g Part of team that developed ePedigree application to be in conformance with Florida law for tracking prescription drugs from manufacturer to retailer. System was accessible via HTTP, JMS and Web Services. Pedigree documents conforming to the EPCGlobal specification were generated with XML digital signatures to confirm validity and authenticity of the prescription drugs. ; Designed and developed a web services and JMS enabled EPCIS 1.0 specification compliant product for capturing and querying RFID event data using WebLogic and Oracle 10g. ; Underwent training in MicroStrategy 8.1 products viz. Intelligence Server, NarrowCastServer, Web SDK, Portal Integration and Advanced Reporting.

Responsible for the design ,development and integration of the Customer Service module with Singleshop.com a comparative shopping website. Using eGain's COM objects which is an email categorization and parsing application, generated Java callable wrapper (JCW) classes. ; Designed and developed stateless session beans which were deployed on the Weblogic server which invoke eGain DCOM objects to send email, create cases and customer accounts based on XML messages published to a JMS topic.

Job involved conversion of existing legacy systems from a hierarchical database, batch processing, mainframe environment to a relational database, real time transaction processing client/server environment using object oriented design and development. Key role in development of SWIFTNet module on webMethods platform enabling a key requirement for the procurement of the coveted SWIFT Gold Certification being awarded to webMethods. Key architect and engineer in the design and development of the data model and subsequent implementation for the UCCNet and Transora modules in the Consumer and Retail Industry.

Involved in enhancing the features and functionality of Prophet which is an enterprise-class, integrated environment for building and deploying Web-based Knowledge Management solutions. Prophet is a 3-tier architecture application using a browser in the first tier, Oracle Application Server in the second tier and Oracle8i database in the third tier. JWeb cartridge was used to dynamically generate content by accessing data from the database using JDBC and pl2java utility.
