 Developed novel analytical methods for the Top-Down and Bottom-up proteomics analysis of peptides from in-gel digestion and intact proteins [isotopic labeled crosslink proteins, proteolytic enzyme cleavage identification] and their post-translational modifications [PTMs] using an advanced Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) instrumentation [Thermo LTQ XL with ETD fragmentation and Thermo QE Plus Orbitrap MS], peptide samples purification and concentration using Pierce C18 Spin Columns, etc. Experienced with Chromeleon, XCalibur [Thermo], Proteome Discoverer 1.4 and 2.0 versions, ProSight PC 2.0 and 3.0 versions softwares.  Fractionated complex proteome and protein mixtures using GelFree Fractionation (Expedeon Inc.)
