I describe myself as an 'old soul with a new mind.' I value the timeless principles of respect and hard work, but I’m obsessed with modern tech, new formats, and keeping up with the speed of digital culture (yes, including the memes). My Role Today: Currently, I serve as the Creative Lead at Digital Mojo. While my background is deeply rooted in Video Editing and Graphic Design, my focus has evolved into Creative Leadership. What I actually do: Bridge the Gap: I help connect business goals with creative execution, ensuring our designs and videos make sense for the user. Mentor & Enable: I don't just review work; I try to build the people doing the work. Whether it's guiding a design decision or refining a video cut, my goal is to help my team members grow. Protect the Vibe: I’m a firm believer that a stressed team can't be creative. I take pride in fostering an environment where ideas are safe, and laughter is allowed. Recent Milestones: I am incredibly grateful to have been recognized by my team and management in 2025 with the 'Best Team Award' and the 'Certificate of Cultural Excellence.'
