Naganathan Krishnan Athreya

I am a mechanical engineer with a keen interest in the product design and statistical analysis of system robustness in mechanical systems. I focus on kinematic design, Multibody-Dynamics, Finite Element Analysis and variational DOE studies for mechanisms. I have worked with OEMs and suppliers in the medical devices, automotive, aerospace and defence industry. I am also experienced in physical testing and prototyping of mechanical products. Currently I am undertaking an MSc. in Mechanical Engineering at Danmarks Tekniske Universitet. I solve engineering problems across industries, by addressing the fundamental physics, behaviour and interactions of components in any multi-body system. I use a statistical data driven approach to study the interaction effects between various design parameters involved on a product’s functionality, or process outputs. I use these insights to aid in the design optimization of multi-body systems.
