Responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Softgarden, and SuccessFactors, for all company positions. Provided training and support to HR employees across multiple international offices. Managed the payroll process for four separate legal entities. Oversaw the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including interviews, induction training, Jobsplus registrations, end-of-probation reviews, employment contracts (for Malta, Greece, Bulgaria, and Germany), and exit interviews. Handled all procedures related to the onboarding of third-country nationals, including document collection for work permits, processing permit transfers, and coordinating terminations with Identità and Jobsplus. Actively managed workplace conflicts and employee relations issues. Contributed to cross-departmental development of organizational goals and objectives. Designed psychometric assessments for both new hires and existing employees to support development and hiring decisions.

Utilized various HR and recruitment platforms including Softgarden, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Concludis, and Talexio to manage and streamline the recruitment process. Actively recruited via LinkedIn, contributing significantly to company growth—from 35 to 70 employees across four international offices in 2023—without the use of external recruitment agencies. Organized and coordinated company events and activities across offices in Malta, Greece, Bulgaria, and Germany, fostering engagement and team cohesion. Developed and delivered training programs for line managers, including the preparation of training materials and facilitation of sessions. Implemented structured performance management systems and performance improvement plans. Attended Employment Law courses led by Roselyn Borg Knight.
