Roles and Responsibilities: Pre Process •Analyzing received drawings, specification and other relevant documents for estimation. •Categorized & splitting the items according to the details •Sending the RFI and clarification to client and follow up for necessary information •Preparing BOQ from the drawings, specification and other document issued by the client •Attending Technical Meeting and visiting sites to gather required information if needed Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and client •Preparing the final costing sheet and sending it for Management Approval •Technical Evaluation with Engineering Departments •Identify Labour, Material and Time Requirement

•Site supervision. •Take off quantity. •Preparing daily reports as per work process. •Coordinate with The Engineer for site inspection. •Prepare the material at site log. •Quantity comparison of tender drawings vs IFC drawings. •Identifying variations and preparing the supporting document.
