●       Delivered commercial and claims leadership on the Shura Island HC1 Project for Red Sea Global, and led the Extension of Time claim negotiations for that program.  ●        Led EOT claim negotiations with Red Sea Global, protecting significant project value through robust contractual positioning and executive-level relationship management. ●        Prepared and negotiated an EOT claim to a SAR 25M settlement on a SAR 270M contract. ●        Contributed, with the commercial team on the King Abdullah project, to a scope-creep claim submitted at SAR 8.0Bn and settled at SAR 5.0Bn, and prepared three further claims for extra work and damages from delayed interim payment certificates. ●        Directed change procedures, variations, and dispute settlement with owners and subcontractors, and led complex supplier contracts, performance reviews, and improvement plans. ●        Managed risk and compliance across project, contract, and supplier performance, and oversaw contractual change management requirements. ●        Advised Project Director and project teams on commercial, contractual, and claims matters, and mentored and developed commercial team members.

Delivered contract and commercial support on the Marafiq Yanbu Power Plant Rehabilitation Project (EPC turnkey), covering claims, change control, and subcontract administration. ●        Led EOT and extra-works claim negotiations with Marafiq, including an extra-equipment claim of SAR 30M. ●        Managed change control through change requests, site work instructions, variation orders, and claim management, and tracked delays, costs, and damages, advising mitigation to the Project Manager. ●        Reviewed bids and selected subcontractors, coordinated site subcontract administration, and enforced the Company's contractual rights. ●        Held overall responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and risk management across the contract delivery cycle.

Directed project controls on landmark Riyadh developments including the King Abdullah Financial District (48 mixed-use high-rise towers), King Saud University Girls Campus, Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, and King Fahad National Library, applying forensic delay analysis, cost reporting, and financial planning.

Delivered scheduling, cost estimation, and change control on the Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Project (SABIC), managing procurement, subcontracts, and handover approvals.

Directed project controls on landmark Mina Jamarat Bridge Project, applying forensic delay analysis, cost reporting, and financial planning.

Directed multidiscipline construction and fabrication projects across Saudi Arabia and the United States for clients including SABIC, Saudi Aramco, and Saudi Electricity.
