My joy is to offer healing & self empowerment through intentional creativity, movement, music, bodywork & teachings. I am a Visionary Artist, and a 'Color of Woman Teacher, having trained in 2015 with movement founder Shiloh Sophia McCloud Lewis. I find painting our prayers to be empowering, uplifting and Life Changing. Intentional Creativity invites us to use the process of creativity to uncover the old stories that run our lives, & transform these into stories that can support the lives we want to live! I offer monthly Red Thread Circles, painting PlayShops, individual sessions, mentoring, and my art is for sale. As an MT, (OR license 1671) I've offered bodywork sessions for 33 years. A harper & Reiki Master, I teach Reiki, & love sharing the harp with people of all ages. I offer classes in Qigong & Reiki, for revitalizing each student's energy. Other tools in my medicine basket include Lightweaving, Acutonics & Biofield Tuning-fork sessions, plus flower essence 'bouquets. #intentionalcreativity #redthreadcircles

I loved practicing out of this charming turn of the last century house - though the office was located upstairs! There was ample floor space for offering Breema sessions (similar to Thai Massage) on a mat, in addition to table sessions. Monthly Reiki circles and several Reiki classes brought the gift of Hands on Healing to the community. '

I co-founded Key to Health Massage in 1983 with 3 other massage therapists, and rejoined the clinic in 2002. Currently, three Licensed Massage therapists share office space with a Naturopathic Physician, an Acupuncturist & a Clinical Hypnotherapist. My sessions range from relaxation to more therapeutic forms. Energy balancing through Reiki and Tuning-fork therapy is a hallmark of my offerings. Reiki initiations and Energy 101 classes are offered periodically.
