Nadine Teichler
Senior HR Manager @ Adrenomed AG
About
With over 8 years of progressive HR experience across biotech, education, and large-scale corporate environments, I specialize in building and leading HR functions that truly make a difference – for people, teams, and organizations. My career has taken me from centralized recruiting at BASF's European Shared Service Center, to establishing HR Business Partner models at SRH Berlin, to taking full ownership of the entire HR function at a growing biotech startup – always with a high degree of autonomy, a direct line to senior leadership, and a genuine passion for people. What sets me apart is the combination of strategic HR leadership and systemic coaching. As a certified Systemic Personal, Business & Team Coach, I bring a coaching mindset to everything I do – whether it's supporting leaders through change, developing talent pipelines, or shaping organizational culture. I don't just manage HR processes, I help organizations and their people grow. I thrive in environments where HR is seen as a true business partner – ideally in dynamic, growth-oriented companies in biotech, life sciences, or similarly fast-paced industries. That said, I'm equally at home in any organization that values people-first leadership and understands that culture is a strategic asset.
