Responsible for handling all Customer service, Operation, Documentation, Warehouse on SOP (standard operating procedure) and for staying in touch with shippers/vendors, carriers, forwarders & consignee in the supply chain process to ensure the management and ship cargoes to all over the world on time & is well co-ordinated. The key accounts: Badcock, Burlington,Michael Stores, Wilson & Amersports groups, Bentex and some another accounts. Commodity: Furniture, candle, ceramics, sports, garment, GOH and some another commodities. • 10 years experience in: + SEA/AIR Customer Service + Sea/Air Documentation Management + Supplier Management + Purchase Orders Management + Multi Country Consolidation + NVOCC services + Warehouse & distribution • Ability to understand complex service delivery issues. • Liaising effectively with suppliers, vendors , carriers and consumers. • Ensuring the timely delivery of customer deliveries and orders. • Able to quickly understand a company’s operational systems and provide input for the development of future systems. • With high sense of responsibility and ability to do multi-tasks. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills through mind-map.
