Nadia Sullivan

I have more than 25 years of legal experience in both the private sector and federal sector. I was an Associate Attorney for Becker & Poliakoff, P.A., and Gelfand & Arpe, P.A., in West Palm Beach, Florida, where I served as general corporate counsel to condominium, homeowners, and cooperative associations. I also served as Staff Attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority, Denver Region, and as Assistant Regional Counsel in the Social Security Administration’s Office of the General Counsel in Denver, Colorado. I later established my own practice where I focused primarily on representing clients who were denied Social Security disability benefits. I began specializing in estate planning because I wanted to engage more directly with clients and make a positive difference in their lives. For me, estate planning is truly rewarding because it gives clients the ability to take control of their lives and secure not only their future, but also their loved ones. I am committed to helping my clients and guiding them through the estate planning process with compassion. I understand how overwhelming situations facing my clients can be and strive to make each one heard and understood. I am an active member of the Colorado Bar Association’s Trust and Estate Section. I serve on several committees, including: Orange Book Forms Committee (including Colorado Uniform Trust Code Revisions Subcommittee, Supplemental Needs Trust Subcommittee, Retirement Assets Subcommittee, and Disposition of Last Remains Subcommittee); Statutory Revisions Committee; and Trust and Estates Practice Support Committee.
