Purchase Role: ● Procured maintenance spare parts, equipment, and tools, ensuring optimal inventory levels ● Source quotes, compare prices, and negotiate or meet with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness ● Raise PR together with price comparison, submit approval to Production General Manager in SAP system ● Follow up PO approval in the SAP system, track orders with supplier to ensure timely delivery Maintenance Schedule Arranger: ● Liaise with planner and production to schedule and coordinated machine repairs and maintenance activities ● Facilitated preventive maintenance and addressed breakdown repairs promptly to minimize downtime ● Dealing with supplier for on-site maintenance arrangements

Assist engineer in his new model projects - assist the engineer in his 2 new models - help him in costing, jig meeting and order jig with suppliers - handover jig to the production - make the program for CNC router machine for PCB cutting purpose - set up the production line for the new model (wiring, provide facilities that production request) - monitor the production line, in case of jig or production line problem occur - solve the jig and production line problem 2. Complete the Arduino project assigned by the superior (Autostamp project) - Purpose: to mark the PCB that already been checked either it is OK or NG - Software used: Arduino and Proteus - This project is from a previous internship student. Previously, a switch is being used for manual stamping, now Arduino is being implemented to make it automatic. 3. Learn using mechanical tools that never learned before: - Milling machine - Disc cutting machine - Jigsaw - Grinder A production engineer needs to know how to use the mechanical machine or tools in the workshop. For example, sometimes the jig needs to be repaired using the milling machine. So. with zero knowledge about the mechanical machine or tools, I am willing to learn how to use all the machine/tools in the workshop.
