Nadia Fahim

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about nurturing young minds through a holistic and Montessori-inspired approach. I hold a Master of Teaching (Early Childhood/Primary) from Deakin University, AMI Montessori training from Pakistan, and a Master of Economics from the University of Karachi. After beginning my career with an internship at Standard Chartered Bank, I transitioned into education, bringing together strong management, leadership, and organisational skills with a deep understanding of child development. I have independently established Montessori environments for both 0–3 and 3–6 age groups and, since 2016, have been successfully running my own centre. Under my leadership, the centre has earned a strong reputation in the local community for providing a nurturing and enriching environment that prepares children confidently for the next chapter of their learning journey. My strengths include educational leadership, centre management, staff development, literacy, and creating harmonious, supportive spaces where children, families, and educators thrive together.
