Key Responsibilities & Tasks:  Lead R&D and Product Development, managing the full lifecycle from concept design to market launch and continuous improvement.  Oversee product engineering (design validation, drawings, BOMs, material selection) ensuring performance, compliance, and manufacturability.  Drive prototyping, testing, and certification, aligning products with international standards and market requirements.  Define and control product costing and pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and target margins.  Lead value engineering and innovation initiatives to enhance performance and optimize cost.  Manage and update the product portfolio and catalogues, ensuring accurate positioning and technical data.  Manage the Technical Office, ensuring alignment between technical solutions, commercial offers, and tender requirements.  Oversee factory operations and industrialization, ensuring efficient production, quality, and on-time delivery.  Supervise QA/QC, laboratory testing, and continuous improvement actions.  Lead procurement and sourcing strategies, including supplier evaluation, cost control, and lead time optimization.  Oversee warehouse and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and material traceability.  Act as the final technical and financial authority across product development, operations, and commercial submissions.

 Lead and Organize product development activities with the R&D Team, Lab and Factory according to the relevant guidelines and best practices of each product.  Supervise activities of R&D personnel, including performing annual performance reviews and providing other performance feedback as required.  Realization of product development roadmap in alignment with business unit.  Building Coding system for components of products and for finished products.  Establish technology roadmaps and drive product development efforts for profitable new business based on customer and marketing department inputs.  Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.  Input in and prepare any R&D related documentation required for product submission or required by any relevant party.  Leading all Mechanical/Thermal/CFD Simulation cases to assure products reliability and their mechanical and electrical design.  Responsible for all CKD/SKD Products contracting and selection based on the company vision to their new products range.  Responsible for all products costing and trying to find ways to reduce the cost especially in local projects.

 Complete Development of lighting unit from scratch.  Prepare the design of all Dies, Molds, Injection molds, Sheet metal dies necessary for any product.  Design all sheet metal parts or any fabricated parts needed for any product development task  Prepare if needed the G-Code for CNC-Milling machines to manufacture any part needed to be done this way.  Prepare quotations for foreign purchasing for machines or tools and making the necessary procurement activities to localize/produce or buying any part or machines.  Localize product components with using reverse engineering theory.  Localize product components with using CKD theory by developing required components and preparing the 3D Modeling of CKD parts.  Support retrofitting/upgrade activities by developing or modifying product parts.ENG. NADER MOHAMED 2  Support buy to resell products if required.  Preparing simulation of stress/wind analysis as per product parameters.  Preparing simulation of thermal management as per product parameters. Support the drafting activities if required.  Follow up the product development from concept till product launching.  Align with prototyping engineer to support him in any required development.  Support the Production Department with the necessary Drafting/2D and detailed drawings for manufacturing.  Make the necessary Routing sheets for fabricated parts for in house production or outsourcing one.  Manage the Activities of the whole project and align with R&D Director the progress of every project.

- Design Molding for Elastomaric bearings and joints products on Solidworks with fully detailed 3D and 2D sketching. - Perform Manufacturing Processes and planning, and manufacture these products on 3-axis CNC Milling Machines and lathe Machines. - Complete supervision on CNC Machines and Generating the G-Code for manufacturing all parts. - Perform Static and Dynamic studies via simulation softwares (Ansys-Solidworks) to ensure the quality of Mechanical parts in Products. - Study all Manuals and Catalogues of all Machines in the factory to Prepare the appropriate Maintenance Schedule of these Machines. - Participating in studying and choosing mechanical parts, machines and anything related to the factory. - Supervise and manage the production of the factory and generating daily,weekly and monthly reports of the production of the factory which is being imported from outside Egypt.

Focused on designing the mechanical movable parts in CNC machines and 3D printers mechanical mechanisms. in addition to design Vacuum cleaners test labs which ensures the efficiency of the device and it’s robust parts design.
