+ Following production plan. + Following up/ Checking samples (Counter/ PPS/ 1st output/ Testing/ Inline/ Web/ Shipment/,...) and ensure all the samples are sent to Buyer on time as scheduled. + Making QC files. + Communicating with factories for new queries as well as updates. + Booking third party for FI and notifying inspection schedule for shipment to factories/ buyer. + Booking FWD and following shipment schedules/ shipping documents. + Making payment request for suppliers (creating data of styles on system).

+ Supporting/ Working with Korean team in POs, samples. + Communicating with factories for new queries as well as updates. + Checking Purchase Orders (POs), Check Digits (CDs) and updating revised points to factories. + Updating Order Recap, Line List and follow up production schedule. + Checking and sending FPP/ Inline/ Shipment/ Payment samples. + Submission of samples to buyer through courier. + Make daily/ weekly report to Merchandiser Manager. + Booking third party QA (AI inspection) and notifying inspection schedule for shipment to factories/ buyer.

+ Receiving orders via email and telephone from wholesales and retail customers. + Answering customers queries and preparing sale documentation. + Checking inventory, coordinating staffs to make products and deliver to customer, monitoring ongoing orders. + Translating documents and announcements as requirement.

Responsible for promoting the features of a product to a client. Shows how product works, takes questions, and attempts to persuade consumers or clients to buy product. + Demonstrate product to customers at a supermarket, during a festival, or another venue. + Walk around store offering samples to customers. + Show how product is best-used, answer questions about product.
