Reignwood Group is an international property developer and investor with headquarter based in Beijing and offices in London, Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore. ● Preparing monthly project reports in both Chinese and English; producing presentations for the senior management ● Minute taking at the weekly Committee meetings and other high level internal and external meetings ● Assisting in monthly, quarterly and annual budget planning, analysing the differences between actual budgets and spend ● Processing expenses, invoices and payments; maintaining cash journals in Excel ● Regular liaisons with the company secretary for corporate bank account opening for the UK subsidiaries, company due diligence checks, and to ensure all board resolutions were signed by local and overseas directors on a timely basis ● Recommending and implementing new company procedures

My main role is managing projects for multinational clients across a wide variety of direct and indirect categories including (but not limited to) Transport, Travel and MRO, Manufacturing industries through the use of procurement processes, concentrating on eAuctions and eRFPs. ● Advising clients on tailored purchasing strategies to help maximise profits and achieve cost savings through the use of procurement processes, concentrating on eAuctions and eRFPs; ● Responsible for assessing cost reduction opportunities in order to build a long-term pipeline of client activity and revenue generation; ● Analysing spend data in order to provide sound recommendations for clients; ● Creating and presenting sales demos to new prospects.
