Nature of work: conducting audit as per plan decided by Head office Delhi, audit can be a nature of pre audit, initial audit, main (certification audit), surveillance audit or recertification audit. Submitting audit report to client for information and office for approval and issuing certificate.

Conducting audit as per plan prepared by the head office and is sent us. (We receive updated Plan daily) audit work involved: 1 Audit of different functions in the organization. It’s totally depends on the nature of audit (Pre-audit, initial, main surveillance or re-certification. preparation of audit report. Sending report to client and follow up the Non-conformity, if any. Report is completed after NCR closure received and sends the report for approval and issuing certificate.

• Daily basis production planning, Manpower planning, work allocation, production monitoring • Ensure quality parameters with quality persons and make necessary changes. • Generating various reports related to defects, production, rejection and scraps. • Ensure all machines are available to production to meet business plan decided. • Monitoring daily Production, rework rejection and rework and take necessary action to minimization. • Constantly emphasize for continual improvements in the systems and process and product. • Provide Training to staff/workers of 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 • Reporting to higher authority and implement suggestion given. • General Administration.

• Plant maintenance includes (civil, mechanical and electrical). • Review the Preventive maintenance, equipment condition monitoring. • Spares planning and send requisition to purchase for procurement. • Lead the team in maintaining all Equipments for routine, preventive & annual overhauls. • Impart and ensure thorough knowledge of Safety practices, safety tagging system, first aid and fire fighting systems among maintenance persons.

• Process improvements, • low cost automation where necessary, • Projects as and when assigned by the higher authority. • Having exposure of press shop, sheet metal fabrication, Frame manufacturing, • Muffler manufacturing and polishing.

• End product Quality Improvement: Conceptualization and development solid closing in die with Adjustable positive stopper for cage assembly ( taper and cartridge bearing) • Import substitution: Promoted new vendors and developed many items for different grinding machines indigenously resulting in cost saving. • Mistake proofing: Key role in designing and development auto roll filling arrangement for closing in tapered roller bearing assembly to avoid simple human errors and resulting in productivity improvement. • Concept and developed dust shield missing checking machine for Ball bearing. • Productivity improvement: Converted hyd. presses to hydro pneumatic press with improved tool set up to improve productivity and quality as well for various locations in the factory. • Low cost automation: Developed conveyor and chute to automate grinding lines in taper div. ball bearing div., and railway div. • Automation in TRB grinding line and assembly line and ball bearing grinding line. • Many other projects done related to different department and assigned by higher authority given were done. • Technology integration: Leadership role in establishing new technology from NTN Corporation JAPAN in taper bearing div.

the products are Crown Wheel Pinion, Spider Kit Assembly, Spider, Bevel Pinions, Bevel Gear, Tranmisstion Gears, Cutting Tools, Transmission and differential Gears my role in this unit was designing of tooling and gauges for various processes & machines used and new product development.
